At www.sports-window.com (“Site”, “we”, “Our”), we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We understand that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below. .
Changed your mind or did not like the product?
You may simply choose to return product if it’s in an unused, saleable condition, with its Price tags intact. You can ask for a replacement against this product.
Received a damaged product?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will arrange for the replacement or refund. Please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the damaged product.
Please don’t accept delivery of any shipments where outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. For any reason, after taking the delivery, if you realize and recognize that the product is damaged in any manner, you must report this to our customer service within 24 hrs of delivery of the shipment. These returns will not be accepted if there is a visible marks and/or identification of use of the product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or an items not ordered by you, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery and provide details of the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Customer Service will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service with in time, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If you feel that the product doesn’t meet your expectation, you can ask for a replacement or refund provided the product is in a saleable condition.
Ordered a Wicket Keeping Glove and received Batting Glove, Sorry for the unpleasant surprise. Inform our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery and provide details of the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will arrange to collect the wrong product from you and reship the right product to you at the earliest.
Didn't get the right size?
You needed a size larger or smaller product, send us the product, let us know your requirement and we will arrange for a replacement.
Who will bear the shipping charges for goods returned?
If the goods are returned because of any product damage or misshipment, we will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of change in mind and you wish to return it – Sports-window would still replace the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.
- com reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. Returns received for size must be received in new and unworn condition. All tags and labels must be attached.
- All Refunds and Replacements should be claimed within 15 days of receipt of the product.
- All the Refunds, Replacement will be processed once the returns are received at our office.
